Ted Grey (Milo Ventimiglia) is a brilliant medical student who graduates at the top of his class at Harvard university. He joins one of the nations best programs as a pathologist. However, Ted soon relizes his fellow interns are playing games after hours. A game that involves murder. Ted quickly finds himself in over his head and has to find a way out before he becomes the next victim of their deadly game.
