Theodore Ted Winter is a CIA agent and Evelyn Salt's boss. They work under the guise of Rink Petroleum and Gas, and he refuses to believe that Salt is actually a Sleeper Russian spy.He accompanies Peabody, an FBI agent, when Salt goes on the run, all the while protesting her innocence.
