Ted is the titular deuteragonist of the Ted franchise. He is John's best friend who has a voice box that says in a kid's voice, I love you! .As a kid, Ted was a happy bear who claimed John was his best friend. But as he grows up, Ted becomes an irresponsible, but somewhat antagonistic, drunk (as revealed in the first film).He is voiced by Seth MacFarlane and by Zane Cowans as a kid. His voice box is provided by an uncredited Tara Strong.
