Temple Fugate is a lonely, odd middle aged man obsessed with time and the passage of such. Temple plans everyday on a strict regimented schedule which cannot under any circumstances be broken. When Mayor Hill, 7 years before his reelection as mayor, suggests Temple take a break from his schedule, disasterous results insue. Temple than transforms himself into the Clock King, a psychopathic enemy of Batman with a time theme.He also appears in Arrow(2012).
