David Paymer's character, The V.U.P (Very Unimportant Person) was a judge sent to gauge the quality of the new hotel Willy Bank built in Las Vegas. He winds up contracting a rash, getting sick from the hotel's food, and otherwise treated so badly that he can't wait to leave, courtesy of the Ocean's 13 gang.
