Tinka Hessenheffer
Tinka Hessenheffer is the fraternal twin sister of Gunther Hessenheffer, who came to Chicago as exchange students from a small mountain country in the first grade. She is played by Caroline Sunshine. She and her brother are frenemies to Rocky and CeCe at school and as fellow dancers on Shake It Up Chicago. Both siblings have distinct German-sounding accents, and are as mutually flamboyant as their bright, sparkly accented clothing.
