Todd is a summer camp counsellor who looks after the kids when they take a canoe trip out into the wilds. When Cropsy begins to stalk them and kids begin to disappear, Todd is doubtful at first and slow to act but when the gruesome evidence comes to hand Todd springs into action to try to rescue the hunted innocents. And in the end, he is revealed to be one of the boys that killed Cropsy, setting all this into motion.
