Witness for the prosecution, tells the sheriff that Hannah slept with a lot of other teenagers, including him, and at least one adult; while talking to George, denies killing Hannah and says that Daniel killing her is the only thing that makes sense; later figures out why George isn't answering his phone and where he might be, removes George's I.D. and dumps the body in the river
