Vincent Rossabi is a DC agent with the FBI who is frequently burned by Annie Walker's covert CIA missions. When they first meet, she is posing as a call girl, but he doesn't buy it. At first he is angered by her constant lies, as required by her job, and how they usually end up ruining his cases or operations, but eventually they develop a mutual respect.
