Vivian Volkoff is the daughter of the captured Alexei Volkoff. He wants Vivian to take over his empire. At first Vivian isn't interested, but when she finds out Chuck is the guy who put her father behind bars, she wants answers. Her father's lawyer claimed he had answers, and Vivian listens to him. It turned out Vivian had gone to the dark side, when she pays some guy to blow up castle (#4.19)
