Andrew Scott was a Vietnam soldier who went insane & started killing everyone including his fellow soldiers. He was then killed by Luc Deveraux who also dies in the fight. They both, including the other dead soldiers were put into a top secret military program called The Black Tower & later revived as Universal Soldiers.His code name is GR13. After several successful missions, Andrew goes insane again which was caused by the past left over memories in his brain. He kills several people & collect their ears & wears them as a necklace the same way he did in Vietnam. He was killed by Luc again.Many years later he was revived as a clone during the Ukrainian hostage crisis, by Dr. Robert Colin. He again malfunctions & kills Dr. Colin & tries to find out Luc. Luc kills him again.After 3 years, Andrew is revived as a clone Uni-Sol & has joined Luc in a mission of freeing the Uni-Sols who are obeying Government as slaves. Andrew has become the preacher of the underground freed Uni-Sols. He was killed by a new clone Uni-Sol named John .
