Kevin Burke is a captain in the Joint Force that is led by Col. John Coby to counter attack the threat possessed by Pasalan liberation rebels. He was sent on a recon mission to track down the NGU & the explosives set by the terrorists. Later he finds out Dimitri & Ivana, son & daughter of Ukrainian Prime Minister held captive by the terrorist. He encounters the NGU on his way out but dies fighting him. At the end of the movie he can be seen cloned into several numbers inside a cooling chamber.
