Andrew Wiley is a freelance investigator hired by the State's Attorneys office. He knows Cary Agos from their work together on the Innocence Project in 2008. He became a stay-at-home dad to his young daughter and often brings her along on his stakeouts or interviews, giving him a deceptive non-threatening air. He is very good at his job and seeks the truth, even if the results might not please his bosses.
