Blaise Zabini is the extremely arrogant Slytherin in the same year as Harry Potter. Friend of Draco Malfoy, Zabini comes from a wealthy mother, whose many husbands have died mysteriously, leaving Zabini and his mother very wealthy. Zabini is mentioned in the first book of the series but does not have any importance until the sixth chapter (!). Zabini is noted as black, tall, and good looking, one of the best looking in his year. He is one of the members of Professor Horace Slughorn's 'Slug Club', a handpicked group of talented, famous, or notable young wizards. Also in the group are Harry, Ginny, Hermione, and Cormac McLaggen.Louis Cordice will play Zabini in his only prominent appearance in the series, Half Blood Prince.
