The Waitress is played by Elarica Gallagher in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Her character was not in the book, and was added specifically for the movie, given no known name. She is only in the second scene of the movie, when she is serving Harry Potter and tells him that she gets off at eleven that night, asking Harry to meet her afterwards. She is, however, stood up, after Dumbledore takes Harry away, and right before they Apparate, she is seen looking for Harry.
