Bob Morton is played by Miguel Ferrer. Bob Morton belongs with OCP (OMNI CONSUMER PRODUCTS). He has all the qualities that make a good worker smart, arrogant, but still likeable. He pitches a project to the Old Man about a super cop that will end crime in under 90 days. The only catch is he needs a sacrificial lamb for his team to use. The living tissue of a human cop meshed with the cybernetic technology to make the ultimate cop, Robocop. Robocop is Bob's possession and he takes great pride in all it's glory.
