Chi Chi was an associate of Tony Montana. He was very loyal to Tony and he is often seen carrying a sub machine-gun. He had worked for Tony before his fame and riches. Chi Chi is the last of Tony's assistants to die before Tony gets killed, he is seen banging on Tony's office door pleading to be let in moments before he is shot in the back a machine-gun.
