Cicero is the servant of General Maximus of the Roman army. After Maximus was forced to become a gladiator, Cicero was the one who stood by and remained loyal to him. Cicero gathered Maximus' army in a conspiracy to kill Commodus Caesar and liberate Rome. However, before the plot was carried out, Cicero was killed in a trap meant to capture the escaping Maximus.
