Dr. Ally Hextall (Born 1973) is a CDC Microbiologist. Hextall graduated with a degree in Microbiology and Genetics. Hextall worked for the Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network (GOARN) for 8 years after her graduation. During the outbreak of the MEV-1 virus, she worked hard to try and find a vaccine for the virus, which she succeeded at the end.
