Dr. Erin Mears (Born 1975) is a CDC epidemiologist. She graduated with a degree in public health and field epidemiology. Mears loves to go and eat at Taco Bell. Mears has been working as a government epidemiologist for 5 years and then has been transfered to the CDC. During the Meningoencephalitis Virus Type 1 outbreak, she went to investigate AIMM enterprises, where patient zero (Beth Emhoff) worked. She later got sick presumably after non protection when coming in contact with a sick man on a bus and later died.
