Jeffrey Cole a geneticist and practicing Mormon is one of the 40 potential applicants for one of House's 3 (later 4) fellowship positions. He is the object of much of House's ridicule who names him Big Love while he also shares some of the racial comments from House normally directed solely at Dr Foreman. A friendly and principled member of the team, eventually is dismissed by House for allying himself with hospital administrator Lisa Cuddy.
