Jorge Ramirez is a retired FBI agent living as a civilian in Mexico.Years earlier, Jorge's partner and good friend, Archuleta, was killed in the line of duty by Barillo's men.Jorge is called out of retirement by Agent Sands, and immediately reinstates himself (by whiting out the INVALID on his FBI badge).After getting Billy Chambers to work with him, he eventually finds that Barillo has had facial reconstructive surgery. Unfortunately, he is knocked out by Ajedrez and left uncoscious and imprisoned. Billy later helps him escape and he confronts Barillo over the death of his partner Archuleta. He shoots and kills Dr. Guevara, the Doctor responsible for drugging up Archuleta so he could be tortured for an extended period of time.Jorge says his good byes and goes back to living his normal civilian life.
