Joshua Matthews is Cory Matthew's youngest sibling. Amy Matthews became unexpectedly pregnant with him and he is born prematurely on Valentines Day of 1999. He is not expected to survive in the beginning but improves. He is the 4th and last child of Alan and Amy Matthews. He appears in some Boy Meets World episodes following his birth including the finale where Cory says goodbye to him before leaving for New York with Topanga. He also appears in the spin-off, Girl Meets World, now a teenager, where he often yells surprise at his father as a joke in reference to his unexpected arrival both by Amy becoming pregnant unexpectedly and by his early arrival.
