Robert Parks is a judge who hears several of the cases handled by Lockhart/Gardner. He is generally fair and understanding and less quirky than some of the other jurists they argue in front of. He is one of the judges from Will Gardner's pick-up basketball game and is drawn into the investigation led by the State's Attorneys office against Will.
