Julia Braverman-Graham (Erika Christensen)Julia is the younger daughter of Zeek and Camille Braverman and younger sister of Adam, Crosby, and Sarah. She is married to Joel Graham and they have a young daughter Sydney.Julia is a high-powered lawyer at a major corporate firm who deals with a lot of stress at work. She is also the sole breadwinner. Since the downturn in the economy Joel has dissolved his contracting business and is now a stay-at-home dad to Sydney. Julia is sometimes jealous of the time he gets to spend with her and sees that she is becoming a daddy's girl. She also gets nervous about all the time Joel spends with his circle of stay-at-home mom friends.Julia is perhaps the most ambitious and accomplished of the Braverman children. She is smart, beautiful, and was clearly a favorite to her parents since she did not cause trouble and found a successful path.She is a Type-a personality, however, who is wound very tightly and does not have the free spirit that many of her other family members exhibit. Although they are all very different, like her siblings, Julia turns to them in times of need for counsel.Julia is hopeful that she and Joel will be able to have another child despite fertility issues.
