Junior is farmer whom Inman and Veasey run into while fleeing a confederate home guard unit who is hunting them down. After they help him butcher a cow and tell him they are deserters, he lets them stay at his house for the night, serves them dinner, and introduces them to his wife, Lila, his kids, and Lila 3 gorgeous sisters who seduce Veasey. After dinner, Junior betrays them and hands them over to the home guard.
