Kuman Kuman was a freedom fighter from Matobo seeking to overthrow the corrupt regime of Dr. Edmond Zuwanie (the other being Ajene Xola). Unlike Xola, Kuman Kuman was exiled from Matobo and living in Brooklyn. Kuman Kuman was a captiolist who sought to bring businesses into Matobo in order to help improve the lives of his countrymen. Kuman Kuman met briefly with Sylvia Broome, who believed that Kuman Kuman killed her brother Simon and Xola by luring them into an ambush with the promise of forming an alliance. Kuman Kuman denied setting up the meeting, but said that he would have formed an alliance with Xola because the two of them together would have been able to overthrow Zuwanie. Kuman Kuman was killed by Jean Gamba immediately after meeting with Syliva when Gamba planted a bomb on the bus that Kuman Kuman was riding on.
