Luke Rattigan is the founder of the Rattigan Academy, a school for geniuses. He became a millionaire at 12 when he invented a search engine known as the Fountain Six. He later worked with the Sontaran to develop a car device that eliminated all CO2 emissions, but the device also assisted the Sontaran's sinister motives.
