An American TV anchorwoman who reports on alien encounters for American News Network, known as AMNN. She has covered a number of the Doctor's exploits including the 2006 Slitheen crisis in London; the Earth being moved into the Medusa Cascade and the Vykoid's attempted takeover of New York City in 2010, among others. She is temporarily transformed into a duplicate of the Master in The End of Time. The Doctor has never met her in person.
