Rachel's co-worker while at Bloomingdales. She met him at Monica's restaurant and he offered to get her an interview at the department store. Ross is immediately jealous of Mark. After Mark leaves Bloomingdales, their friendship stays intact causing more jealousy from Ross. After a fight between Ross and Rachel, she calls Mark and he comes over to talk. This causes more jealousy and misunderstanding from Ross causing him to sleep with the copy store girl. She runs into Mark many years later after getting fired from Ralph Lauren and he offers to get her a meeting at Louis Vuitton.
