Max is a genetically enhanced, transgenic, super-soldier who escaped from the X5 secret government program at Manticore in Gillette, Wyoming, where she was known only as X5-452. With the speed of a bullet, the strength of 20 men, and a cat's night & super vision she was bred to become the perfect warrior, deadly and cunning. Working as a courier for Jam Pony Express in Seattle, Max searches for others of her kind whom she calls her brothers and sisters while trying to blend in with the rest of society. She can be identified by the bar code on the back of her neck: number 332960073452. Eventually, Max teams up with Logan Cale aka Eyes Only, a cyber-journalist hell-bent on saving the world. As time goes on she teams up with another X5 super- soldier assassin she named Alec. Together along with Logan, Max & Alec's sole purpose was their fight to live free in a broken world without having to look over their shoulders.
