A housekeeper for decades in the Murder House, for different families, who appears as an older woman (Frances Conroy) to women and an attractive younger one (Alexandra Breckenridge) to men who are attracted to her. She displays different personalities depending on what each person sees of her, acting professional and reserved in her older form and flirtatious and manipulative as a younger woman. She has a particular distaste for men who have committed adultery and longs to get away from the Murder House. She has an interesting motivation for wanting a pool put in the yard.
