Eager and idealistic, Norm is an avatar pilot and Na'vi researcher who also accompanies Jake to Pandora. Norm underwent avatar training with Jake's late twin brother, and the mission to Pandora is his first field operation. Fascinated by the people and their culture, Norm is more than happy to back Jake when he leads the Na'vi against RDA.
