Paul Raines is a British businessman and the estranged husband of Audrey Raines, an Inter-Agency Liaison for the Department of Defense with the Counter Terror Unit based in Los Angeles. Unfortunately for Paul, he appeared on Jack Bauer's radar when it was suspected that his business dealings, intentional or not, had played a role in a terrorist plot that once again threatens national security.
