Rafi is Ruxin's brother-in-law, the brother of Ruxin's wife Sofia. Rafi is a generally disgusting guy with terrible hygiene and penchant for drugs. He somehow manages to get women to sleep with him, much to Ruxin's surprise. He doesn't really engage with the league, despite being in it for some time, and doesn't remember the names of the guys who play it, usually calling Kevin Brian and calling Pete tall guy.
