Ravage is a Transformer soldier in the evil Decepticon army. He is generally a panther-like minion who serves under the Decepticon spymaster Soundwave.1984 cartoon (G1) - Ravage is Soundwave's minion. He transforms into a cassette.1996 cartoon (Beast Wars) - Ravage is an upgraded and future version of his G1 form; though he retains his cassette mode, he has increased intelligence and the ability to speak. He is a police officer sent to apprehend Megatron, but instead defects to the Predacons and works with them.2004 cartoon (Energon) - Ravage is a pack of cat-like Decepticon drones, often sent by Megatron to attack and destroy communities.2009 film (ROTF) - Ravage is Soundwave's minion. He transforms from a missile Soundwave deploys and has his own minions to command: a swarm of miniature bots that coalesce into a single bot named Reedman.
