Rita is an English woman whom Michael Bluth meets at Wee Britain, a fictional town where cars drive on the left. Rita is an enigma to Michael and there are several indications that something is off about her. She carries around various stuffed animal back packs, spends her days as Slow Brook private school and wears a mysterious MRF bracelet. The bracelet draws suspicion from Michael who has heard a Mr. F is informing on the family to the CIA. She is not what she appears.
