Skeletor
Skeletor is a purple skinned weirdo with a skull instead of a head. He's pretty musclular and can probably beat you up. His name is unusual. Even though he has a really nice snake-shaped house, he spends most of his time trying to steal an ugly castle from a bird-lady. His elaborate plans are always thwarted by a tan guy with girl hair and confusing clothes. I'm pretty sure Skeletor can shoot lasers with his goat-wand.
