Thorfinn Rowle is a fictional character in the J.K. Rowling Harry Potter series.He is a Death Eather, joining Lord Voldemort at the beginning of the Second Wizard War. He is described to be blonde, tall and muscular, an authentic giant. He participates in the first Battle of Hogwart's in 1997, when Albus Dumbledore is killed by Severus Snape. He nearly kills Remus Lupin and Ronald Weasley, and accidentally kills Gibbon, one of the other Death Eaters. He flies and in the next book, he attacks Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger in a cafe in Tottenham Court Road with a partner, Antonin Dolohov, but the Death Eaters are defeated. Later, he participates in the second Battle of Hogwarts and is finally defeated and presumably arrested after the death of Lord Voldemort.
