Victor Kennedy is a stout, middle-aged man with a mysterious past. He takes over the LINDA (London Investigation 'N Detective Agency), who casual interest was to find The Doctor. Kennedy walks in, well-dressed and sporting a cane, and puts the LINDA team to work, hard work, with the goal of finding The Doctor.Kennedy barks several times for the team members to stay away and keep back because he claims to suffer from eg-Zee-ma in which he blisters to the touch. But it becomes apparent that there is something else going on with him.After Bliss, Bridget and Mr. Skinner go missing, Mr. Kennedy reveals himself as an Abzorbaloff from the planet Clom. His primary objective is to consume The Doctor for his delicious experience and knowledge. He was ultimately destroyed when his cane, which held him together with a limitation field, was broken.
