Albert Runcorn is a fictional character who first appears in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows when Harry, Ron, and Hermione break into the Ministry of Magic in search of one of Voldemort's horcruxes. Harry Potter steals Runcorn's identity using the Poly Juice potion after he is given a Nosebleed Nougat. Runcorn, an employee of the Ministry, has turned in several Mudbloods for investigation by the Muggle-born Registration Commission, including Dirk Creswell and Mary Cattermole. Runcorn is described as tall, bearded, and with curly black hair.
