Barbara Machenry (Andrea Martin), normally known as Ms. Mac, is the house mother. She enjoys the tradition of getting the famous killer, Billy, a christmas present, and tries to keep the sisters spirites high. When the murders begin, Ms. Mac tells the sisters the true story of Billy, and how he used to live in the house before it became a sorority. She decides to leave to get help, along with Heather (Mary Elizabeth Winstead). She tells Heather to scrape the ice and snow of the windows, but she refuses, resulting in an angry Ms. Mac having to do the job. While scraping it off, she see's an eye watching her from inside the car. Suddenly it jolts and blood is sprayed across the windows (Heather has been murdered by the killer whom had been hiding in the back seat). Startled, Ms Mac runs backward, falling into the garage's doors, causing an icicle to fall, which impales her through the eye. Later on in the movie, Leigh (Kristen Cloke) falls in a puddle of Ms Mac's blood.
