Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright)Brandon Stark, typically called Bran , is Ned and Catelyn's second son.He grew up a rambunctious child who loved to climb things, including the towers of Winterfell. When he sees something he shouldn't one day while climbing the castle he suffers a fall and a permanent paralyzing injury, crushing his dreams of becoming a Knight in the Kingsguard.Although he lost the use of his legs, since the accident Bran gained another insight and begins to have haunting and prophetic dreams.His direwolf is called Summer.He is fitted with a saddle that allows him to ride horses again and his personal bodyguard Hodor also serves as a mode of transportation for him.Bran is observant, thoughtful, a quick learner, and determined when he wants something.
