Jones is an FBI agent who works under Burke in the White Collar Crime division. Jones works alongside Diana Barrigan as one of Peter's two primary team members. He has a particularly sharp mind and it is rare that Jones will be out-smarted by a criminal or plot. Jones is a no-nonsense agent who shares Burke's affinity for by-the-book investigative work. This means that Jones will occasionally become annoyed by the unique challenges presented by working with someone like Neal who is very much outside law enforcement community.
