June is a wealthy widow in her 70s who rents Neal an apartment in the building she owns. June's deceased husband was a con man in his own right. Because of that fact she is sympathetic to Neal's unique situation and is almost always willing to help him however she can. Like Elizabeth, June treats Neal very much like a son, making sure he's not getting himself into any additional trouble with the FBI.
