In season one, Hector Salazar is the president of the Calaveras Motorcycle Club, Lodi chapter, a low-level club that often works for the Mayans and often botches the job. Marcus Alvarez, the leader of the Mayans, later makes Salazar answer for his ineptitude, leading Salazar to want revenge. He enlists his girlfriend Luisa to help him and takes his anger out on someone close to a club member and a civilian in season three.
