James Lucas Scott is the son of Nathan Scott and Haley James Scott. He gets his middle name from his uncle, and Haley's bestfriend Lucas Eugene Scott. He was born in Tree Hill at the end of his parents senior year of high school.His godfather is Lucas Scott. His godmother is Brooke Davis.In season 5 he is kindnapped by crazy nanny Carrie who lost her own son and wants to raise Jamie as her own.He was close friends with Quentin, the highschool boy/ basketballer who gets killed in season 5.He really wants to get to know his grandfather Dan and is very fond of him until he finds out that Dan is the one who shot and killed uncle Keith.
