Katy is a maid in Nucky Thompson's house who generally toes the line of breaking the rules of the house. Most significantly, she starts a sexual relationship with Nucky's driver and bodyguard Owen Slater, and Margaret strongly disapproved of this -- making her objections clear in many ways and lashing out at Katy on occasion.
