Lourdes Delgado is an assistant to Dr. Anne Glass and is learning how to become a battlefield doctor. Early in the series she seems to have a crush on Hal Mason, but later develops a relationship with Jamil Dexter, an engineer and technology expert with the 2nd Massachusetts Militia Regiment. She is quiet and somewhat shy, keeping to herself. She makes herself useful and is eager to learn from Dr. Glass.Background: She was pre-med at Wellesley before the invasion. She has found solace in her Catholic faith after the invasion. Her grandmother and grandfather are deceased.
