Marci is Mr. Monk's biggest fan. We are introduced to her in Mr. Monk and the T.V. Star when Marci is the biggest fan of the main suspect. After seeing Monk at work she changes the object of her obsession. Mr. Monk has a restraining order against Marci of 50 yards. Somehow, she finds a way around the PPO when she buys Mr. Monk at a bachelor auction. Marci has gone through Mr. Monk's trash to obtain certain memorabilia. She has his old glasses, rug, and a pair of pants at least. She also has a very in depth website dedicated to him and pictures of him all over her house. Marci reads about cases Monk solves in the paper and creates dioramas about each case. She also refers to each diorama by the name of the episode. There was a mistake made in Mr. Monk and His Biggest Fan when Marci is showing us the diorama of Mr. Monk and the Three Pies. She shows the case and has Natalie as a plastic troll. The problem with this is that Natalie was not on the show at this time. Sharona was Mr. Monk's assistant in 2004.
